My Article Is Being Published

虽然现在是考试期间，不过仍然决定动笔来写出这篇部落格的文章因为我的文章终于在许久许久以后再次被刊登在报章上！！真的感到非常兴奋。

我已经好久没有投稿了。这一次在写这篇稿时，可以清楚地感觉到我写起文章来时已经没有以前那么容易了。而且，文艺创作一直以来都不是我很拿手的。我比较擅长对时事或娱乐的批评与讨论！哈哈哈！！

这一篇稿是我有一天晚上心血来潮后写出的。我在写完这篇稿后发现文章仅有240多个字！我原以为字数太少了，所以不会被刊登。但是，我还是决定碰一碰运气，结果，我的文章真的被刊登了！真的感到很开心。因为我的文艺创作被刊登真的算是我的一个突破。我一直都认为我的文艺创作都过于煽情。。。哈哈哈哈！

我的文章被刊登在11月15日的《联合晚报》里！

我的文章：

晚餐过后，我们在咖啡厅里享用咖啡。小而圆滚的深褐色咖啡豆，在研磨机中悄悄地散发出芬芳的清香而这咖啡香任意地畅游在空间里，放肆地占据每一个人的味觉。

我还未开口，你已兴致勃勃地和我说自己是如此期待着下星期的回家之旅而我惟有聚精会神地聆听着。待你说完以后，我便问了你在新加坡工作了的这几年时间是否已冲淡了你想家的感觉。

你说槟城老家有着你儿时成长的回忆，是你至今仍无法忘怀的；你说槟城老家的海滩与日落交织成的那一幅美丽图景，宜人得让你每每回家都必定要到哪散散步，体验那大自然的艺术之作；你说更重要的是槟城老家有着妈妈温暖的饭菜，爸爸关怀的眼神与兄弟姐妹那扎实的拥抱。你说那份踏实感，是无论多高超的通讯科技都难以捕捉的窝心感觉。你说那份亲情，不会随着时间的长久而被有所冲淡。。。。

或许你不曾察觉，但你每一次说起老家时，你总会不自觉地露出那幸福的微笑。

其实，我是如此希望你在未来与他人说起你的家时，蓝图里除了有着槟城老家之外，也会有着新加坡，因为我也给了你一个家。

我知道我写了这篇文章，很多非常关心我的朋友会问我是否已有对象了。哈哈哈。非常抱歉，我必须让你们失望了。我暂时没有能够让我给予一个家的对象。

但是，我这一篇稿的灵感是来自我朋友的一篇文章，所以文章会稍微一些他文章的影子。在这里要谢谢他。哈哈哈。我这位朋友在他的文章写出了他想家思亲的感觉。虽然文章想要表述的是思念之情，但是我却能从字里行间感受到那一丝丝的幸福。

幸福。幸福没有那么容易，所以才会让人特别着迷！

我突然有感而发。我曾因为拥有过某个人而感到幸福，但我却不知道有没有人曾因为拥有过我而觉得幸福。。。

所以我便有了灵感，写出了我这篇文章。哈哈哈哈！朋友们，别担心，我没事，只是有感而发而已。哈哈哈！

我每每乘坐巴士時，都喜歡坐在靠窗的位置。

窗外的風景似乎有種奇特的魔力，總能讓我的思緒任意的飛翔。

窗外的風景似乎有種催淚的能力，總能讓我溼潤了眼眶。

其實，窗外的風景並沒有所謂的魔力，我只是喜歡沈溺在那脫離現實的虛幻中，一直反覆地想著＂我們＂。

IPhone Photoshoot

Just a simple entry.

I had a Iphone photoshoot with my friend, ZhuangWei on my birthday. We had actually planned to have a serious photoshoot during the weekends but the photoshoot on my birthday was really not planned. We were both in school waiting for our friend to join us and he started snapping away with his Iphone.

Anyway, these were our inspirations for the photoshoot. Hahaha.

An Entry About My Teeth

I finally took my braces down!!

It has been a really really long process. It took my a total of 2.5 years. Actually, I wasted half a year in Taiwan because I went for my exchange.

To be honest, I really dont regret my decision to get my braces. In fact, I am always encouraging my friends to get their braces done too. It's so important to have a good smile!

Many of my friends from University love to ask if my teeth were really crooked before I had my braces. Yeah, it was really really bad. One particular tooth was bulging out.

This was because I didn had the courage to remove my shaking teeth while this particular tooth was growing out. As a result, that shaking tooth obstructed the growth of this tooth and this tooth just came out crooked.

Ever since, I had the problem of a bulging crooked tooth.

Yeah, this was me in Secondary 3.

Yes, I know my bulging tooth aren scariest part of me. Hahaha. What was wrong with my hair?!?! I looked so tanned when I was 15! Hahah.

I knew that my teeth were really crooked and I really wanted to get my braces done. However, I just talked about it for a long time and still, I couldn pluck up my courage to have it done.

Finally, I ord and this fateful day, I was home watching this episode of 康熙来了. This episode really gave me the courage to get my braces done.

Throughout this episode of 康熙来了, they discuss all the joy and sorrows of the process of getting your braces done!

Please WATCH this video if you are still contemplating on whether if you should get braces!!

I watched this video 2 years ago and till today, I still remember them saying that your teeth will ONLY GET MORE CROOKED AS YOU GROW OLD!

This is so true!

Anyway, I recommended Melvin to watch the video and he went to see his orthodontist immediately. This video is really really convincing.

Anyway, I extracted 4 teeth before I could have my braces on. Hahaha. And to be honest, that was the worst part throughout the whole process of having the braces. It was so so so painful when your orthodontist insert the Anesthetic into your gums. Tears just filled my eyes the needle was inserted into my gums! Hahaha.

I remember I first had my braces on in around June 2010. It was really really painful for the first 2 weeks. I couldn even eat prorridge. Having the braces on was already really painful. You could feel the stress and pain from the braces. However, the pain will start to be better after 2 weeks. Subsequently, you will only experience the pain whenever you get your teeth tightened!! Actually, you will actually feel rather glad when you feel the stress on your teeth because you know they are finally going to be in the right place!

This was me in the midst of getting my braces done.

Notice a slight gap in between my teeth! You are prone to get that while getting your braces done. This is just a process to get 2 front teeth to be in the center!

And now, I am finally done with it!

Just spend around $3700!

This amount is consider really cheap. My friends all spend around $4000 and more!! That is because I chose to visit a clinic in my neighbourhood.

Anyway, please make a visit to the dental if you are not having a nice set of teeth now!! Hahah.

Trust me, you wont regret!!!

Been To The Place Closest To Heaven Part 4

This is the last part of my travelogue! Hahaha.

After we got back from the Potatso Nature Reserve, we wore the ethnic costumes of the Zang Zu.

Okay, we got crazy basically!!

I think we were really crazy and we just kept snapping away!

There were many foreigners who took photos of us! Hahaha!

The next day, we travelled to Lijiang. The time required to travel from Shangri-la to Lijiang will take us about 4 hours!

Halfway through our journey, we stopped at this attraction.

I forgot the name of this place.

Didn took many photos here because my camera went out of batt! My colleagues were busy snapping away while I just sat by the side.

It was a bad hair day for me and I just look bad in all the photos. Hahaha.

We finally arrived in LiJiang after the gruelling car ride!

Went to a tea shop. The boss of the shop was from Xiamen and he said that he felt really nice because we are able to speak some Hokkien! Actually, I was probably the only one who could hold a conversation with him! Haha. He treated us to lots of tea!! He is also a friend of my lady boss.

Bought 2 packets of tea which cost me close to a hundred bucks!

And I am not drinking them now! Darn! I should go drink them later.

Being a friend of our lady boss, he brought us around and treated us to BBQ!

Ended the day after the BBQ and went back to our hotel!

The next morning, we tour the Lijiang old town!

Tried local food!

And rode horses!

The house ride was fun!!

I forgot to bring my camera charger away from Shangri-la and my camera remained out of batt throughout the whole holiday since Day 4~!! Sad!!

As usual, Yilong couldn miss any photo taking opportunities and he went around snapping away.

We thought that the the streets really look like scenes in the martial arts drama, thus, we decided to all strike a kungfu pose!

Our try at imitating Bruce Li, Jackie Chan, Michelle Yeoh and Jet Li!!

I think that this trip was rather fun!

Anyway, I always feel that it's the company that matters most when it comes to a going on a holiday! My colleagues are a fun batch of people. We always joke around and my boss always mention that she can hear our laughers from afar.

Hope to visit Hongkong, Korea, Japan, Shanghai, Thailand~~~~

Too many places that I wish to visit

BUT I am not earning enough money!! Hahah.

Been To The Place Closest To Heaven Part 3

After our lunch on the 2nd day, we continue to tour around Shangri-la!

How about giving visiting Shangri-La hotel in Shangri-la!

Yes! We did that!

The hotel was really gorgeous! The rooms were really really spacious!!!!! Unfortunately, I didn took any photos of the room! Hahha.

However, here are some of the photos that we took along the way.

The whole room just seem felt like a kingdom to me! It was really spacious! We went crazy in the rooms and started to role play as kings and queens because the arrangement and the design of the furniture seems similar to that in the forbidden city! Hahha.

Hahha. I believe you can see that we are really happy too!!

There was a trail starting from the hotel leading to a wide patch of grassland! Haha. I didn take many photos as I am not exactly a scenery person! I prefer to shop more! Haha.

Furthermore, I was busy avoiding the cow dungs on the ground!! Hahaha. However, the scenery was really breathtaking!! Take a look at the photos.
